  Our Staff
  Leadership Vision
We believe that Scripture clearly prescribes that the church is to be lead by a body of elders who are men of character filled with the wisdom and power of the Spirit (1 Tim 2:12-14, 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9). The elders are ultimately responsible for doctrinal purity and their leadership is to be exercised with all diligence and care for the growth and health of our church family. There are different leadership teams which serve the Trinity body under the supervision and authority of the elder board.  For more specifics about the pastoral leadership and how roles are worked out the congregation, see the Pastoral Leadership Whitepaper (PDF).
