Men's Ministry
This year Men’s Ministry is hosting both Winning at Work & Home and The Quest for Authentic Manhood Studies.
Winning at Work and Home, a 16-session study, focuses on the two areas that are through study dealing with a man's chief responsibilities. It explores how a man can enjoy and engage his work and how he can relate to a woman in a whole new way. Some of the topics covered are “What Men Need to Know About Women”, “Dad’s game Plan for Raising Sons and Daughters”, “Taking God to Work, and Launching a Lifelong Winning Streak.”
Men’s Ministry also offer the weekly study this fall called The Quest for Authentic Manhood.
The study covers the foundational level of manhood. 24-sessions focus on a man's core identity and gives an overview of basic manhood issues. It will help men deal with various identity issues by looking back at past wounds and other things that may have distorted their idea of biblical masculinity. Throughout the course of the study, men will learn how to clearly define manhood and will finally be able to give a succinct and passionate answer to the questions, "What is a man?" and "What am I living to be?"
Sunday, September 12, 5 pm. There is no cost to come, but you have to be a man! Questions? Want to get involved? Email or call Eric Gray at the church office. |
